A very important element in supporting the work of the agent  is  the knowledge learned from various courses trainings. Over the last few years I participated in many such ventures. Zoom now you several training sessions in which  I participated.

>>> Sales Techniques /SHARP Certificate/In the quickly changing market realitiesand continues to fight the growing competition, sales are not limited anymore to purchase potential customers, but becomes a form advice from which the client should represent a belief that our product is that you actually need. It becomes so much harder that the  requirements and customer expetations are constantly rising.No longer sufficient to correctly identify the tru needs of the customer, but the concious use of technology to provide real customer, the value souhgt by him. Two-day training program was build to provide and facilitate the participants to practical solutions,allowing the sale of products and services company and customers as valuable as the value of satisfaction. The program includes practical exercises - playing a scene recorded video techniqe, and analyzing then.

The training showed how to arouse interest and make the best impression to view for your content.Especially showing how to adapt various techniques of presentation to the preferences of customers.. Trening was in the form of intensive practical workshop including the commercial scene in playing.                                                                    >>> Development University /Gazeta Prawna Certificate/ Six cycle training in e-learning formula: 1/ Memorization techniques, 2/ Stress management, 3/ Assertiveness, 4/ Management at each other, 5/ Negotiations, 6/ Communication and persuasion. To receive a certificate had correctly solved six tests on time.                                                                              >>> Leadership and team management /WSHE Lodz CertyficateTwo-day focus training includes such topics as: 1/ Fundamental concepts of leadership theories 2/ Methods of team building ,3/ Mechanisms and strategies to motivate staff.

>>>  An effective way of selling its own control over the results.Two-day focus training includes such topics as:  1/ Compendium of the five stages of sales, 2/ Strategies for finding replacements, 3/ Objections overcoming 4/ Client signals readiness to buy, 5/ Seek agreement with the customer, 6/ Closing sales. The training took the form of practical workshops in playimg the commercial scenes .
